It's easy to get a good video crew where you need it with ACrew4U. This section walks you through a typical job.

We'll have a chat with you to determine the technical and editorial requirements of your project. We'll then consult our database of crew to determine the best match for your project.

We'll need you to return the quote accepting our terms and conditions of business and to take a payment from you if you do not already have payment terms agreed with us.

 

We'll then need to get as much information as you can give us on the shoot, especially if you're not going to be there. We'll also then proceed with scheduling.

Either attended or not by you or a member of your team, the crew will shoot as requested.

We'll tot up the final bill in case there has been overtime or consumables such as tapes and other media, or shipping or backup copies have been used that exceed the original estimate and settle or invoice that. If you or a member of your team are not there the crew will express ship the tapes to you.

We'll be in touch with you to check you're satisfied, as we take your custom and quality control very seriously indeed. We can also take care of building the final film or with express delivery of the material shot via satellite or online means. 

We accept credit card payments and bank transfers and bill in Euros, Pounds Sterling or US Dollars depending on the location. For clients in certain territories we are able to offer account facilities.
